Survivor Pool Pick one team each week to win You can only pick same team once per season Person who last the longest without picking wrong twice (in a season) wins What do you win if you are the last survivor? Nothing. But it feels good anyway, doesn't it? This is how the pool is played: This is a FREE confidence office-type football pool.  Every week, you will have the chance to pick the winner of each NFL game and rank them in order of confidence. For example:   Detroit vs. Green Bay   Chicago vs. Baltimore   Oakland vs. Kansas City If I was most sure that Green Bay would defeat Detroit, I would rank them highly at 16. (There are 16 games in week 1 so you can rank a pick from 1 to 16) If I was unsure about the Oakland vs. Kansas City, I would rank it low, perhaps 1. Then you preceed to rank all the games until they have all been picked 1-16 in any particular order, but you can't give the same rank twice. Every week your point total is ranked against everyone else in the pool and you can view the rankings. Also, each weeks total will be added up for overall standings that will go throughout the entire year! Picks are always due the day before the first games of the week are played. If you have problems, feel free to send me an email at jon@mypieceofcake.com If you miss a week's picks for any reason, you will have your picks chosen for you. The default picks are always the same: your picks will be selected from 16 (or # of games that week) down to 1 with the away team selected as the winner in each game. This way you will still be able to contend to be the overall points champion. From here you have several options, make your picks, view other people's picks or view the current standings. What is the catch?  Nothing.  I just made this pool cause I thought it would be fun way for people to join a pool without having to put up any cash. I hope you give it a try and have fun!
